EQ Wave: Continuous Waveform Capture

EQ Wave delivers this through ruggedized hardware that measures raw current and voltage at 32 kHz (v1; higher for v2), with lossless continuous point-on-wave streaming and secure transmission over plastic optical fiber.

EQ Syntropy: Edge Intelligence

Once captured, this data flows into EQ Syntropy, our edge compute and intelligence layer. EQ Syntropy hosts a flexible analytics pipeline that includes statistical detectors, physics-encoded models, and agentic AI modules. This is where anomalies are detected, patterns interpreted, and questions answered, often before operators are aware of an issue.

EQ Sight: Human + AI Interface

At the top layer sits EQ Sight, our interface for human + AI interaction. More than a dashboard, it supports natural language queries, live data exploration, and role-specific context overlays. A facility manager may see a visual summary and system-wide timeline. A technician can jump directly into waveform plots, AI-generated summaries, or historical overlays that explain how an event unfolded. Ticket generation, report writing, and workflow assignment can all be integrated into this interface.

EQ Resolve: Control Reconciliation

EQ Resolve links platform insight to real-world control. It evaluates EMS and control-system intent against real-time electrical conditions, equipment limits, and safety constraints, then reconciles these into safe, feasible, and stable actions at the edge. This is particularly important for BESS, microgrids, and other EMS-driven sites, including those operating on isolated or classified networks.

This tight feedback loop—from sensing to analysis to control to operator action—cuts diagnostic and response time dramatically. A power quality alert no longer triggers a scramble for clarity. It means resolution is already in motion.
