Reliable PQ monitoring starts with data — but not just any data. What’s needed is clean, high-resolution, continuous waveform capture, paired with contextual information like device state, environmental conditions, and facility logs. EQ Wave™ delivers this through ruggedized hardware that captures raw current and voltage at up to 400 kHz, with lossless CPOW streaming and secure transmission over plastic optical fiber.

Once captured, this data flows into EQ Syntropy™, our edge compute layer. Here, we host a flexible analytics pipeline that includes statistical detectors, physics-encoded models, and agentic AI modules. This is where anomalies are detected, patterns interpreted, and questions answered — often before operators are even aware of an issue.

At the top layer sits EQ Sight™, our interface for human + AI interaction. More than a dashboard, it supports natural language queries, live data exploration, and role-specific context overlays. A facility manager may see a visual summary and system-wide timeline. A technician, meanwhile, can jump into exact waveform plots, AI-generated summaries, or historical overlays that explain how the event unfolded. Ticket generation, report writing, and workflow assignment are all integrated into this interface.

These AI agents are grounded in both structured and unstructured memory. They can draw on a full record of voltage/current data, facility topology, ticket history, or uploaded PDFs and spreadsheets. They run on edge gateways where latency matters and escalate to the cloud when broader correlation is needed.

This hybrid intelligence approach allows us to support both bottom-up detection and top-down orchestration — a fundamental requirement in modern, multi-layered facilities.
