Hardware Integration
We design, build, and test hardware that puts the Energy Quotient™ platform to work on your equipment: enclosures wired around EQ Wave™ sensors and gateways, with the power, switching, and instrument interfaces your application needs. Every build is tested on our lab bench before it reaches your site, from system-level operation down to waveforms, transients, and signals. We deliver it as a turnkey service or in detailed coordination with your team.
What We Build
- Measurement enclosures: EQ Wave sensors and gateways in enclosures sized to your site, with terminals, fusing, and cable entries laid out for your installers.
- Power systems: DC supplies, battery banks with protection and charging, and isolated converters for equipment that runs off-grid or must ride through an outage.
- Switching and control: relays and drivers that let the gateway switch loads and power rails under software control, including waveform-grounded control.
- Instrument interfaces: wiring and software drivers for the signal sources, meters, and sensors your application adds beside EQ Wave.
On top of the hardware, we add the application-specific software, interfaces, and APIs your operation needs as custom applications.
How We Work
- Scoping: we agree on what the hardware must measure, switch, and power, and the environment it must survive.
- Build and bench test: we build and wire it, then test it on our lab bench and record the results.
- Delivery: we hand over the unit with its wiring record and test results, and support it through commissioning.
From Prototype to Production
We take a system from first prototype through pilot units and test equipment. When your design moves to permanent installation or volume manufacturing, we hand it off with a complete design package (schematics, wiring diagrams, bill of materials, test procedures, and bench results) ready for your UL 508A panel shop or contract manufacturer.
Manufacturers building the platform into their own products start with OEM integration.
